Wellness Tips

Quick advice on sleep, nutrition, stress, and staying active.

  • Sleep

Most adults need at least 7 hours a night, and teens need more. Keep a regular bedtime and put screens away before bed.

  • Nutrition

Fill half your plate with fruits and vegetables, choose water over sugary drinks, and eat breakfast when you can.

  • Stress

Take a few slow breaths, step outside, or talk to someone you trust. If stress feels too heavy, reach out for help.

  • Staying active

Aim for about 150 minutes of movement a week. Walking with a friend counts.
